We were really glad they had happy hour on a Saturday! We were on the waitlist for a lane so we passed our time at a pool table, which was a lot of fun! We had an hour on the lane before close, which was awesome. We were hoping there'd be a slightly lighter ball than the small size but everyone had a great time regardless. Thank you for having us and taking care of us!

The place is nice and there was good music, but I feel that more balls are needed to choose the appropriate weight and size for all types of hands and strengths. The only balls we had access to were those in our line, they were also very damaged and the children's line was even broken. It is also somewhat uncomfortable to be seated in the same ball row as the people next to you.

We recently hosted our 90-person holiday party at The Ballroom Bowl on John Street, and the experience was fantastic! Margarete, our events coordinator, was incredibly helpful throughout the planning process. She was always responsive, accommodating, and willing to go the extra mile to meet our needs. On the day of the event, Cherelle was equally amazing, constantly checking in and ensuring everything ran smoothly. The food was delicious, and the staff working our event were extremely accommodating and helpful, which made the evening even more enjoyable. Their professionalism and attentiveness made a huge difference. I highly recommend Margarete to organize your event at The Ballroom Bowl!

I love the the combination of bowling, bars, music, and other games you get while you at this fabulous place. They have Friendly, attentive staff and professional management. They are not your average bowling alley. Pretty good food for a bowling alley, with diverse options such as sliders, tacos, and appetizers. Bowling lanes are well-maintained and the venue offers a vibrant, active environment. Overall, a great place for a friend hangout or a small party.

The food is pretty good. There is a decent variety of drinks available. The sofas, are soft and clean (as is the rest of the establishment). The bowling alleys are nice and modern, and the location and amenities are good. You must, however, book your alley for a determined duration, and usually can’t extend it once your time runs out as there is a waitlist and they will prioritize people on the waitlist over people already playing. I found this rather annoying and would prefer having the ability to extend playtime, even if it is at the cost of waiting a bit longer in the waitlist.
