We had a fantastic experience planning our staff event at Ballroom Bowl. From start to finish, the team was incredibly organized, attentive, and easy to work with, which made coordinating everything seamless. The food was great, and the candy station was such a fun add-on that our team absolutely loved. The standout, though, was the staff. They were proactive, accommodating, and ensured everything ran smoothly throughout the event. 10/10 would recommend. Our owner was so impressed that he even suggested we consider Ballroom Bowl for all future staff events.

The setup and menu items were listed at our table. The food was excellent. Our entire team had a wonderful time. We want to send a special shout-out to our server, David. He deserves a 5-star Bravo; he was very attentive and professional. He ensured our team was taken care of throughout the night. A server like him is rare. Keep up the great work, David. We also like to thank the rest of the team for providing us with such excellent care. Would highly recommend this Ballroom location for anyone who is looking for corporate events. Our team recently held a work event here and it was a really enjoyable evening. The venue was well organized and the food was great! Meagan did a wonderful job coordinating everything and made the whole process easy. Also want to recognize our server David, who was friendly, attentive, and made sure our group had everything we needed. Overall a great experience for our team. Would definitely recommend this spot for corporate gatherings.

This place has become our favourite annual team get together. Every year, we book the Back Alley 10 for a night of team building and blowing of steam and everyone absolutely loves it and looks forward to it. Meaghan makes the planning for our large group so easy and seamless. She offers great suggestions for food and drink options that fit within our budget. Every single member of the team that is assigned to our party is incredibly kind, fun and on their game. The food came out at the perfect times and no one was ever waiting too long for a drink. cant wait for next year. This team is fantastic.

Went for a work event, it was a fun thing to do as a group. The food was okay, the service from on of our servers was incredible wish I remembered his name. Area for improvement would be the nonalcoholic mocktails, needs better selection.
