I have both my boys at Chartwell. My oldest has been there and has experienced each classroom. The warmth, love and support they have provided has been amazing. The outdoor space is definitely what drew us to go here and they spend so much time playing and planning activities outdoors, which we love. The staff have always made us feel like family and we have made everlasting friendships with other kids and parents.

We decided to send out daughter to Chartwell House after receiving many positive reviews from friends who had sent their children there. Every aspect of the "house" is amazing, but most importantly the teachers truly care about the children - Ms. Shannon, Ms. Costa and Ms. Hillis (just to name a few) come everyday ready and willing to give the children thoughtful lessons that feel like play. The outdoor play area is by far the best of any facility we visited. We are grateful for Chartwell House giving out daughter a great head start on her educational journey. We can't wait for our son to attend when he is old enough to do so.

We have been happy with our experience at The Chartwell House. It has been a warm and inviting place for our daughter with a strong sense of community. She has made great friends, done lots of learning and loves playing in the beautiful backyard!

I have an 18month old and a 3 year old here and I am very happy with The Chartwell House. The staff is caring and attentive, the facility is clean and well kept. There are several additional activities on a weekly basis to help round out and enrich the existing program. The outdoor play area is beautiful with large 100 year old trees and a variety of things to engage the children. So many other child care centres feel like concrete compounds set in industrial areas. This is the polar opposite of that! Based on my experience thus far I would recommend The Chartwell House to other parents who want their children in a wholesome and fun environment.

My family moved to Canada from abroad in the middle of the pandemic and had no family or friends here when we moved. Our daughter was 2 1/2 at the time. Someone had recommended The Chartwell House to us and we are so thankful that we took the recommendation. It has been the one constant for our daughter during these last two years. She has thrived under the guidance of the excellent educators and staff there who so clearly love what they do. She has had a wonderful place to go everyday where she has friends to learn and play with and teachers that welcome her with big smiles and open arms. The skills she has gained from her time in the 'house' are so evident, helping her to become a confident little person. We are so happy that The Chartwell House has been a part of our Canadian experience.
