We visited The Chef Upstairs - Vaughan for their Thai cooking class yesterday, and it was truly an unforgettable experience. We were celebrating our wedding anniversary, and we honestly couldn't have chosen a better way to spend the evening. Chef Adamo and Elle were absolutely fantastic. They created an atmosphere that was both relaxed and engaging, making the class perfect for both beginners and more experienced home cooks. Highly recommend this class - and this location- to anyone looking for a wonderful night out!

My friend and I came for the Ratatouille night and had such a lovely experience. I’ve taken numerous cooking classes throughout the city and abroad and this experience was truly unlike any other. We enjoyed the team building family style of cooking where everyone gets to take part and get to know each other. We also got to learn more about how our chef got into cooking and his background which was very interesting. French cuisine isn’t my favourite but the Ratatouille turned out divine and I love that we get the recipes to take home and recreate. Will for sure come back for the Korean class!

We had such a great time at the class! Chef and Ricky were wonderful hosts; attentive, friendly, and always checking in to make sure everyone was enjoying themselves. It made for the perfect date night for my partner and I. The Italian dishes were absolutely delicious, and getting to learn hands-on made the experience even more fun and memorable. Will definitely be coming back for another class! 😊

I did a Moroccan souk class last night and had an amazing experience. Wonderful people and amazing recipes to work with community style cooking. Would do this again and will recommend to all my friends.

Our team, Kat Kova Therapy, had a truly awesome experience hosted by The Chef Upstairs for our annual holiday get-together in Vaughn! We were greeted so kindly by the attentive staff, who had a cheese plate laid out for us and asked for our drink orders upon arrival, and Chef, who quickly got us oriented to what we would be cooking. Chef was knowledgeable, friendly, and happily answered all of our questions, giving us some great inside tips at each step of the cooking process. The meals were absolutely delicious, with high-quality ingredients! The value for the price was also impressive (and much more competitive than comparable events hosted by trusted names in Downtown Toronto--well worth the drive). I would highly recommend The Chef Upstairs for team-building and fun corporate events, or as a fun way to get family or friends together for something different. Thank you so much to everyone at both The Chef Upstairs Midtown and Vaughn for helping us arrange an unforgettable day together for our team!
