    While it may be a fantastic center for the everyday occasionally difficult children, if your child has behavior or temper issues as most pandemic kids seems to have perhaps consider your options. Was not the place for mine. Regret my decision to enroll him here greatly. The time here has resulted in a net worsening of the behavior and a really negative experience for everyone involved. Do not recommend for children when behavior accommodation needs they do not have the staffing or training to properly manage it.

    The manager of Children's Services has a duplicitous nature! Says things and pretends it was a miscommunication or misunderstanding when caught. There were three occasions where she flat-out lied. She threw a few staffers under the bus. So I would not put it past her to do the same when speaking to the staff about parents. Not sure how they keep staff at this establishment. Poor leadership! Good luck if you choose this place!

    Lovely Assisted & Independent living Facility Amazing food , kind and caring staff My mother has been here for almost 2 years and she Luvs it . Her suite is beautiful. I have also received support from the Cridge respite and respitality program for my 4 yr old special needs son.

    Excellent opportunity for people to volunteer. The Cridge offers such a wide range of services to families, and what I have seen of the day activity centre for seniors left me so happy: caring and creative staff, rec leaders going out of their way to bring stimulating and interesting activities for their group. If you can't volunteer, consider donating! Their shelter staff is also tremendous.

    I can't say enough about how impressive The Cridge is! My father has been living in the senior's centre for some months now. I came from out of town to visit for a week and was amazed at everything about his residence. The staff is so great... caring and fun and efficient. The food is beyond excellent. Everywhere I look there are smiles and satisfaction. I had the opportunity to talk with other residents and the common response was how lucky they felt to be living at The Cridge. Every day my dad says "I am so fortunate." There is some secret ingredient here that I can't quite put my finger on... but it's working, and other senior's centres should take note! Thank you to all the staff and also to the surrounding community in Victoria that supports this one-of-a-kind facility!!!
