I didn’t personally know Dr Nirali but even in her short visit to my son’s preschool class she made an impression. Our son listened intently to all her wisdom and shared it with us at home excitedly over and over again that week, reminding us to make healthy choices. Dont go here ! They will create more issues. Very poor quality of work. They have ruined my teeth and my experience! The only reason I eneded up here was because of ODSP, they prescribed a fluoride toothpaste and for the first time in my 32 years my teeth were being stained regularly. Even after having a dental cleaning to remove the stains, the dental hygienist denied that the floride toothpaste could cause any staining or damage. 2 weeks after my cleaning, stains reappaeared. I stopped using the toothpaste and switched back to my regular choice and no more staining. Secondly, they damaged the adhesive on back of teeth while cleaning, resulting in my permanent retainer falling off. They denied all accountability until i demanded they fix it free of charge. I have NEVER had issues with my retainer and while having my cleaning done, I felt tugging and pulling on my wire and I even asked the hygienist whats going on, she said nothing - it just feels like pressure when I clean around it. Their tools are old and not properly sharpened. I have had cleanings multiple places and first time I felt like my teeth were being scraped and tugged on. My gum has had receeding issues, gaps and inflammation after cleanings. Stay away!
