The atmosphere is lovely and they are always so inviting! Been three times now and each experience was great with a quick turnaround to pick up my painted pottery. Staff was super helpful when picking out colours and very accomodating for bringing baby along. They have highchairs and a toy bin for the littles too highly recommend!

I visited this studio to check it out because I was interested in learning more about their services. Unfortunately, my experience felt uncomfortable. The host's expressions and attitude made me feel unwelcome, as if our presence was not appreciated. I understand everyone can have busy days, but first impressions matter, especially for new visitors who are curious and interested. I hope the studio can be more warm and welcoming to people who come in to explore and learn about their services.

The Kiln is such a cute little pottery shop in Market Square. The selection & atmosphere was great, the owner was very friendly and easy to chat with! Plus, we were spoiled with a hot chocolate and marshmallows which was the perfect treat. Will be going back! (Hopefully for a rave ;) )

I had been three times now to the kiln now with and without my kids and every time was fabulous. The customer service is above and beyond. My children loved the relaxed environment, the staff were so encouraging and helpful. My husband and I went for a “day date” and had the best time. I even went on my own once and it was a wonderful way to unwind while also doing something creative. All the pieces have turned out wonderfully. The pieces from my kids are especially meaningful. I had no previous experience in ceramics before, the owner explained everything and helped whenever I needed. I will definitely go back again.
