⭐ Very Disappointing and Discriminatory Experience Today’s experience at this LEGO store was extremely disappointing and upsetting. My family and I were standing in line when my young daughter urgently needed to use the washroom. We asked our other family members to stay in line while we stepped away briefly, which is a very normal and reasonable situation for families with children. When we returned, our family members were already inside the store. We politely requested the staff member standing at the entrance to let us join our family. Despite multiple explanations by us, by my brother who came out from inside, and even by another staff member who was called from inside, the person at the entrance rudely and repeatedly refused to let us enter. At one point, there was no line at all, yet he still denied us entry. Instead of resolving the situation calmly, he told my brother that if he had a problem, he could come out as well. This was shocking, disrespectful, and completely unprofessional. This behaviour felt discriminatory, hostile, and humiliating, especially in front of my child. We were made to feel unwelcome for no valid reason. As a result, my brother walked out immediately, and we left without making our purchase. What makes this even more disappointing is that we are long-time LEGO fans. Every time we visit, we typically spend well over $1,000, and today we specifically came to purchase the LEGO Titanic set. We walked away without buying anything due to this treatment. Customer service should be about understanding, empathy, and basic human decency, especially toward families with children. What we experienced today was the opposite. LEGO is a global brand that represents creativity, inclusivity, and joy. Unfortunately, this store and this staff member failed to reflect those values. Management seriously needs to review staff training and accountability. I am deeply disappointed and will think twice before returning or will never return.

Absolutely awesome service with James on the phone yesterday, when I inquired regarding Nike Dunk Shot and it's availability. Went to the store to purchase it today, as well as some Minecraft sets with assistance from Amanda. They were both truly attentive, professional and personable and are an asset to the Lego brand! I have shopped at this location a few times and have always found the staff amazing, the store well stocked with product, clean, tidy and a welcoming atmosphere. Appreciation and thanks to James and Amanda and this Lego location well done !

Very good customer service and good response about product inventory at LEGO Fairview Mall. Have visited this store numerous times and they always have the sets I call in advance to see if they have. The store is well organized and always is restocked.

LEGO is truly a magical and inspiring place that captures the imagination of both kids and adults alike. Walking into a LEGO store feels like stepping into a world of creativity, engineering, and endless possibilities. The displays are absolutely incredible, showcasing unbelievable models that range from famous landmarks and fantasy worlds to vehicles, robots, and pop culture icons. It’s a true celebration of what can be built from imagination and precision. The level of detail and craftsmanship in these models is astonishing—it’s not just a toy store, it’s an experience in design and amusement. This area is not just for kids—it’s for adults too. LEGO offers a wide range of sets designed specifically for grown-up builders, including architectural sets, collector’s editions, and intricate designs that challenge the mind and inspire creativity. Whether you’re a hobbyist, a collector, or simply someone who enjoys building, LEGO has something to offer. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable, and the store is well-organized and welcoming. LEGO combines learning with fun—it’s about building, problem-solving, and storytelling all in one. I highly recommend LEGO to anyone who enjoys creativity, design, and play. It’s more than just a store; it’s a place where imagination comes to life.

Absolutely love the store. The staff are professional, fun, and has fantastic energy; it really shows that they know and love the products. I called the store to place an item for pickup. It was easy, fast, and gave me an extra day in case that I couldn't pick up the day of. They were very helpful as well. My kids have fun at that store every time!
