on Jan 31st 2026 I visited The LEGO store at Yorkdale and was unimpressed that there were Extremely rude and condescending managers working at the time. the staff overall were lovely however the managers were very unprofessional. not sure if there the best people to work in a store that caters to a younger audience and occasionally special needs individuals. The LEGO set selection was excellent, and definitely had something for everyone there. I hope whoever is in charge of hiring at the store can find some more professional people to fill those job slots.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Had a great experience at the LEGO Store thanks to Mohammed. Even on a very busy Sunday, he was incredibly helpful, friendly, and patient. He assisted me with purchasing a gift card and made the process quick and easy despite how crowded the store was. His positive attitude and excellent customer service really stood out and made the visit enjoyable. Big thanks to Mohammed for such a great experience!

Nice store with decent pick a brick selection. Good place to come see the latest in ABS brick fasions. Parking at yorkdale is a nightmare, so i would rather go to sherway but not the store's fault.

I usually buy my Lego sets here and online. Amazing store with greats sets a d displays that catch my eyes the second I walk in. The store is very clean and organized, and staff are helpful. Always fun and can easily spend quite some time in there while visiting the mall. Fantastic experience ♥️

I just finished reading a personal note from the Yorkdale store manager, “Tee”. I thought, oh no, AI garbage responded to my customer feedback of a VERY good in-store experience. Imagine my shock at a human and very thoughtful response!? We are a third-gen #Lego family and I use it as part of my business in adult financial education workshops. A recent purchase had a floor manager train a staff person while helping us and finishing the purchase ( the sales training had real integrity, I asked my teenage kids to please listen to ‘selling to customers with honesty using math’ conversation wow). So I filled out the survey on the receipt, I’m a frequent business traveller and do this a LOT. I never get a personal note less than 24 hours later - this is the legendary Lego they talk about in MBA programs. LOL I’m gonna buy the Transformers for the teenagers or ME ; either way!!!!! 💙 Picked up several art items for new offices that friends love to put together as a team and keep in the office. Today, I saw the ORIGINAL Supra from the 2001 Fast and Furious, some cool stuff for ALL ages. Thanks Tee and team 🤜🏾🤛🏾
