Matt was great to work with and gave us some great options that suited our event. The games we rented were an added bonus to our event and everyone loved them, they made up the "Fun Zone" of Downtown Milton HolidayFest and were a big hit with kids and adults! Delivery was easy, they explained how everything worked and what we needed to do to set them up and how to pack them at the end of the night. Set up on the day was fast and they provided hours of fun for everyone!

We had our daughter's birthday in the end of September and Matt and his entire team were absolutely amazing from planning, inquiries and set-up to make sure we were set up for success! The castle we wanted was not available but Matt recommended alternatives and it worked perfectly! Recommend to anyone who has a backyard that could fit one of these this bouncy castle backyard birthday party was a hit for all ages even the adults! Will be looking at doing it all again this Spring for another birthday! Thank you again Matt and the entire Main Event Fun Team!

Mine was a last minute event. Matt was extremely helpful & did his best to accommodate my request. His follow ups were timely & at the same time I didn't feel rushed. I selected Turbo X Obstacle Course & Pirate's Combo Bouncy Castle. The set-up crew were punctual & extremely polite. Overall customer service was outstanding & impressive. Highly recommend them.

Had such a great experience working with Matt and his team for a casino-themed event at the long-term care home where I work. They were professional, kind, and so easy to work with from start to finish. The event was a big hit, residents had a blast and it really brought joy to the day. Highly recommend them for any event, they truly go above and beyond!
