  We just registered our kid to start in October - preschool. The director was very informative and provided a great orientation of the facilities. The space is new, bright and very open which was really important to us for our kid to move around freely. They have a playground with grass and trees (rare downtown) and it feels very private even though it’s right on bloor and close to subway etc. We’re really excited!

  I am a resident in the area that this daycare is located at. While I was waiting for a friend near their outdoor playground area, I unfortunately witnessed neglect of one young toddler. They were outside and I had noticed a young one hysterically crying on the bump of the hill by herself. The other children were playing together at the bottom of the little hill. What disturbed me the most was the countless times the adults would pass the crying child in a span of 15minutes. It wasn’t just once or twice or one specific teacher it was all of them. They were smiling and playing with the other children totally disregarding the young one at the hill. I saw the young one try and get up or reach their arms up but not one adult helped her or looked at her. Luckily, I noticed a woman watching as well and we exchanged comments but I noticed tears from her eyes and then she yelled it was her grand daughter. Only then the adults went to the crying toddler and picked her up. It was so upsetting to witness & traumatizing for not only me but I can’t imagine what the grandmother was feeling to witness that. It just makes me wonder what happens behind closed doors if they’re treating/ segregating this one child out in the public for people to see.

  I absolutely love the Munchkin Manor Early Learning Centre and the teacher Ms.Alex . It has a very homey feeling and the place is so well organized and clean. Ever since my son has enrolled in the MMELC I’ve seen many improvements. This place is great; the Director Natalie is awesome. I would recommend this place to everyone with little ones. You won’t be disappointed!

  Our son started this child care 4 months ago. Unfortunately we had to discontinue as we moved to some other place. Although it was a very short period but we cannot thank the staffs enough for the amazing care they provided. This was the first time he was going for a day care. Initial few days was challenging as he was crying a lot but with the help of Ms. Alex and Ms. Rumeysa he adjusted there with in a week. They both are very caring, loving, polite and extremely efficient, hard working and always explained every details about my child with so much patience. We have been pleased with the service offered by director Ms. Natalie. She is very much professional, friendly, kind, caring, and aways aware of what's going on the center. My son also enjoyed a lot and learned lots of great things from here. We want to express our gratitude for the excellent care and enriching experiences that MunchkinManor has provided to my son. I would highly recommend it to everyone.

  If your child has the chance to attend this preschool make sure you take it! Every single member of the team is warm, loving and positive. My daughter who is very attached runs into their arms every morning. They provide so much unique programming and fun activities. They meet the children at their development level and they support our family in the ways we are choosing to parent our daughter. Alex and her team are such a wonderful group. Each one of them has had such an impact on my daughter's development. Highly recommend this center. Especially the pre-school class.
