  I would give them 5 stars, because it is an Excellent child care centre. The educators pay close attention to every child and listen to parents to make sure child's needs are met. I would like to mention Lori and Shannon’s name for their dedication, knowledge and support. My children have been to many child cares in Burlington and this one stands out. They use the HiMama apps which keeps parents informed of daily activities, nap time, meals.

  OCC has been integrated into our family for over 11 years now. My daughter attended 10 years ago when she was as young as 16 months old and continued there until she was of school age. We loved OCC so much we even enrolled our daughter during PA days until age 5/6. Our daughter absolutely loved OCC and had so many positive experiences there, it was a second home to her in many ways. Many years later we had a baby boy who too up until recently attended the OCC from a very young age. Like his sister, his experience was completely positive, happy, memorable. The staff at OCC are warm, caring, professional, nurturing, engaging and go above and beyond their call of duty. We were temporarily displaced from our residence for a few months at one point and with no family living close by to assist, Joan and her team immediately assisted us with our son, making him feel extra loved and safe at the OCC. they made provisions to the schedule to have him at the OCC every day of the week to assist us while we tansitioned back into our home. We recently relocated to USA and the friendly, amazing staff at OCC continue to stay in touch with us. They check up on our children-they even offered to do a facetime chat with our son so that he could see his friends. They offer a HI Mama app where they post photos of activities, make mention of accomplishments and ongoing learning through the app which is incredibly useful and fun if you want to check in on your little ones periodically. I would not have sent my children anywhere else for preschool. We are forever grateful to Joan and her amazing team for such wonderful experiences provided to both of our children through out the years. Keep doing your thing OCC, we are honored we got to be part of your centre for so many years. Thank you so much Joan and amazing OCC team.

  My son hasn't started yet but the unbelievable professionalism and kindness they have shown us has won us over. Every time I go in there it is always clean and everyone is so wonderful especially Rachel, she's amazing and a joy to talk with. I couldn't wait to put my deposit down and have my son be apart of this daycare! I know my son will be a good hands and it's such a relief!

  My daughter went to the centre for three years, and I highly recommend it. Staff are caring, enthusiastic and fun. The space is beautiful and well-organized. We often walk by, and she talks about how she misses it. We appreciate the great memories and the close friends she still has today.

  The centre is just amazing. All the staff, the teachers everyone is so professional, loving and caring. My son will be going to JK this year. He was a big fan of Lori, Ginny & Catherine. He did have hard time adjusting when he started but all the staff made him extremely comfortable and welcoming. The activities, food and play is so much interesting for the kids. I would say giving them 5* is less, they are worth much more.
