  This place used to be a solid go to, pricey but always worth it. But, today I was completely disappointed and will never order here again. I have always ordered online because I live far and prefer the comfort of my own home. The portion sizes have always been exceptionally big. Every time I got the burger six degrees of k'vin bacon, it was so big I had to use a fork and knife, half the time I would be full by the time I finished it - today it was maybe half the size it used to be. The tragically poutine used to be jam packed in the container, almost spilling out when you open it. Today it was like something you would get from a fast food restaurant or worse, I finished the $30 meal and I'm still hungry. When I would open my order before, it looked like it was made and packed by someone who genuinely cared about customer experience and today it was like I ordered from a fast food restaurant. I have no intention to ever order here again because I no longer trust this restaurant to provide the same quality and quantity food that used to be worth $30 a meal. I'm only leaving a review in hopes that someone may see this and make an effort to return the quality to what it used to be.

  You guys gotta visit The Works Craft Burgers & Beer location in Port Credit. Our server, Kiersten was awesome. Her friendliness made our stay enjoyable. The food tasted great. Did you know you get bottomless tries with your burger 🍔?!

  I had to leave a review because the service at The Works was genuinely exceptional — probably the best service I’ve experienced in years. From the moment we walked in, our server (Ahmed) was welcoming, attentive, and incredibly kind. He didn’t just “do his job” — he went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Ahmed was friendly, patient, and checked in at the right times without ever being intrusive. You could tell he truly cared about the customer experience. The food was amazing as always, but what really stood out was how valued and taken care of we felt. In a time where good service can be hard to come by, this location absolutely sets the standard. There is a reason I have been going to this joint since 2014. I had stopped during the covid years but this was the first time back and let me tell you, I was BEYOND impressed. This is what I consider the standard for customer service. Highly, highly recommend — not just for the burgers, but for the outstanding hospitality!!! :) 👏 Ps. Their burgers will forever be the best burgers out there!🍔

  I had such a great experience at The Works Craft Burgers & Beer! It was my first time trying the Caesar Samba, and it was absolutely delicious. I wasn’t sure which burger to choose, but the staff helped me decide on the Tragically Maple — and it was an amazing choice! I had to take my food to go because I had an appointment. After my appointment, someone told me I could go back to finish eating my burger, as the owner is very kind and always happy to welcome customers. I went back, and I was honestly surprised — they reheated my burger for me and even added some extra fries, which I really appreciated. It was truly a wonderful experience from start to finish. Great food, excellent service, and warm hospitality. I’ll definitely be coming back!
