I have to recommend the staff and service at Theo Eye Care. Dr. Pamela Theofilopoulos was kind, professional, and took time so I could understand the tests she ran for an eye episode I had the previous day. She is referring me for more tests to ensure and cover any possible issues related to my appointment and was able to send a report to my family doctor. The office is clean, modern equipment, and the appointment was covered by insurance which they submitted on my behalf. I found Theo Eye Care through Google and chose it because it was close to where I lived. Little did I know I was going to the best eye appointment I've ever had. The staff was warm and kind throughout the entire appointment. The doctor was knowledgeable, thorough, and genuinely interested in us as patients and people. Dr. Theo noticed something out of the ordinary with my eyes and did some additional tests- she made sure to explain what she was doing every step of the way and she elaborated on what she was looking for specifically. This was eye care at its best, and I'm so glad I happened to choose the perfect doctor for me!
