From someone who suffers dentist anxiety and trauma, I was nervous about the procedures that I required. Not only was the team thorough, professional, and kind, but they treated me like someone who they cared about. First of all they have free consultations and during the consultation they were able to figure out what I needed to have done, the time it would take, and they did not rush the appointment. During the procedure, they took the time I needed to not only feel comfortable but took their time during the procedures that were required. Everyone from the front desk staff, hygienists, and dentists (shout out to Dr. Dao), I felt more at ease than I have felt at a surgeon's office in the past. They gave me extra time and were reassuring during challenging moments for me during the procedures. If you are someone who has dental anxiety and/ or dental trauma in the past-please go to them. Be sure to tell them about your fears and your experiences, but, also know that you are in wonderful hands and that you will be treated with kindness, empathy, and the gold standard in dentistry. I will absolutely be returning for all of my dental surgery needs. Thank you once again for the wonderful care I received!

Thompson Square Dental is extremely professional, responsible and focused. My wife needed free crown on her Canadian Dental Card, her case for crown was rejected when sent from another dental clinic in Halton region, as incorrect Xray were submitted by that dental clinic. But the same case of free crown, got approvéd as correct dental Xray were resubmitted Dr Deena and Admin Lindsey. Both their professional, responsible and focus attitude, paying attention to each and every case saved us approximately 1500 $. Our heartfelt thanks once again to both Dr Deena, Admin Lindsey and all their staff.

Absolutely wonderful experience with this dental group! From the reception and administrative team to the dental assistant and Dr. Taha, everyone was so welcoming and professional. I called at 10:45, and they kindly asked me to come in right away. By 12:15, I was back home with my issue completely fixed—truly remarkable service! This was my first visit, and it definitely won’t be my last. A huge thank you for repairing my bridge that another dental group had done. I’m so grateful for your care and efficiency!
