I did eye exams twice, and the doctor and her service were really good all the time (5/5), but customer service from reception has been pretty poor each time I interact with them. (1/5). Asked a question on my bill related to reimbusement after paying at the spot, receptionist just saying they don't know and I need to call and ask insurance company. Usually, people would try to investigate, make an educated guess or explain why they can't provide the answer, there was no explanation in her comminication. It's the invoice made by the receptionist at the office, and I was asking an question related to that billing, so I still believe she had to try at least or should get some training to answer properly. Another time, I needed prescription so sent a few follow up via emails, no response every time, so I called the office and receptionist confrmed she will check with Doctor, and get back to me, but there was no follow up as I expected.

I had a great experience at Thornhill Vision Care. The team at the front desk was super friendly and made check-in easy. During my appointment, I saw Dr. Fan, who was fantastic! She really took the time to investigate something in my eye exam that others had missed. I really appreciated how she linked the exam results to symptoms I felt because it showed she was truly focused on my overall eye health. After the exam, I had fun picking out new glasses and found a pair that looked good and felt comfortable. The checkout process was easy and stress free - they even billed my insurance directly. I’m glad I booked an appointment with Dr. Fan! She and the whole team were great - Thank you!
