We've had our children at Tiny Hoppers St. Albert South for nearly four years, and unfortunately, the quality of care has significantly declined—especially over the past year. Since the change in management, there has been noticeably high staff turnover and a drop in the overall standard of care. Small but important things, like wiping kids’ faces or managing basic hygiene, are regularly overlooked. We've also had to remind staff countless times—at least a dozen—that our child should not be napping (as per our request for kids over 4), and yet it continues to be ignored. This used to be a place we trusted, but it’s clear that things have changed. Sadly, I can no longer recommend this daycare to other parents.

We’re grateful of the experience our daughter has had to where we’ve recommended this St. Albert location to our friends. We love how the staff seem to know all the kids names outside of their respective rooms and will greet our daughter in passing.
