I had a great experience with Dr. Huang — very professional, patient, and thorough. He explained everything clearly and made me feel well taken care of. However, the front desk experience was extremely disappointing. I clearly told them I have two coverage plan numbers, but they insisted on taking only one and said they would confirm with me at the end. Instead, they submitted the claim without confirming, and it turned out they used the wrong coverage. When I pointed it out, they refused to acknowledge the mistake and were quite impatient. I might return because of Dr. Huang’s excellent care, but definitely not because of the front desk. The clinic really needs to improve their customer service and accountability.

Dr Parsons has been my doctor for over 25 years. His expertise has been a valuable asset me and an added value to the team. He takes the time to help you understand any problems or concerns. Is most patient and supportive. The staff greets you in a friendly manner and walks you through your preliminary tests during your appointment. The other doctors on the team are very approachable and most helpful.

She provided excellent advice to my dad, who had cataracts but was unaware of the condition and hesitant about surgery.
