I really want to commend the amazing staff at Town Care Clinic, especially Nurse Gretchen and Maricel at the front desk. Every visit here has been such a pleasant experience because of their kindness and professionalism. Maricel is very patient, accommodating, and makes the check-in process so smooth. You can tell she truly cares about helping people feel welcome and comfortable from the moment they arrive. Nurse Gretchen is absolutely wonderful! I recently visited the Town Center Walk-In Clinic for my immunity vaccination, and I was very impressed with the service I received. The receptionist name Maricel was warm, welcoming, and efficient, making the check-in process quick and easy. She was approachable and happy to answer my questions, which made me feel comfortable right away. The nurse named Gretchen who administered my vaccination was equally excellent—professional, caring, and reassuring throughout the process. She explained everything clearly, made sure I was at ease, and the vaccination itself was smooth and virtually painless. I love town care center and pharmacy, their new location is so nice and well designed and their staff are so welcoming and friendly. It has a warm atmosphere. The pharmacist dr. Rose is very nice and helpful. The whole clinic’s vibe is amazing.
