Absolutely amazing experience! Really fun and challenging - went with my little cousins and we were still able to get through clues! Would definitely recommend for adult groups and friends!!

Went with my family and 3 kids (14,11,4) and paid 160 cad. Didn’t expect it to be so expensive or that they would charge 25 plus tax for a 4 years old who can’t really do much but just be there till we are done. The stuff was just ok and luckily gave the child a flesh light because it is dark in some rooms which we used to see some of the clues since it was dark. Not sure how we could see it without. We were able to escape but overall didn’t like the space

This was our first time trying an escape room, and overall it was a fun and enjoyable experience. We played as a group of three: two adults and one child under 10. One point of confusion was the pricing. We later noticed that we were charged for three adults, even though the reservation was made for two adults and one child. Given our child’s age, this was a bit disappointing. Our experience with the staff was somewhat mixed. During the initial explanation, the instructions felt a bit rushed, and as first-time players it was difficult to fully understand everything. That said, another staff member who assisted us during the game was excellent. He was friendly, clear, and approachable, and his explanations helped us stay engaged and enjoy the experience much more. Thanks to that support, we still had a positive first escape room experience and would be interested in trying other escape rooms in the future.

Went on a whim to kill time before dinner today and had an amazing time! Our group did “Below the Sphinx” and the puzzles were fun, the rooms were immersive, and the staff was so sweet and helpful :) A spontaneous decision wound up becoming one of the best times I had at an escape room and would 100% visit again! Special shoutout to Jenny, Kate, and Brandon for curating a great time <3

Our family had a fun time at Trapped. The clues were tough, but we managed to get most of them (eventually). The staff were very friendly and helpful. Didn't give 5 stars only because the room was a little chilly.
