If you want to do an escape room, this is the place to go, they were very accommodating, friendly, helpful and a pleasure to be with. The games are well thought through, and give maximum challenge with a fantastic reward. Give them a go.

We went as a family for my wife's birthday. With our kids being 7 and 11 we wanted to start our escape room journey with something PG. We chose the Midnight Arcade. From the moment we arrived at Trapped the staff were welcoming and accommodating. Check in was easy and the facility is very well put together. The escape room was the perfect level of difficulty for our family and the kids got fully immersed in the whole experience. They were even able to help to find and solve multiple clues/games. Wonderful experience overall. Highly recommend for a family with kids. Once the kids work up the courage to do something a little more scary, we'll be back!

This is a great place to try a challenging escape room with a big group! We tried the Carnival and it was really fun. I would come back again! The drinks served at the bar is good too. I tried the Cosmopolitan mocktail and it was great.

Went here to do Scarlets Whisper and it was such a well thought out room! Cole, Glib, and Nick were our game masters and they were very helpful when we were stuck and keeping us up to date on the time we had left. The lounge is so nice, very well decorated and a great atmosphere. The room was awesome and we escaped in less than an hour! Would definitely be back to do their other rooms any time!!

I've done all the rooms at the Mississauga location so I was really excited to check out the rooms at this location and I was definitely not disappointed! From the minute we walked in, we were warmly greeted by the staff : Sarah, Cole, and Quinn, and they took great care of us throughout our adventure! We did Scarlet's Whisper, which was a room that balanced difficult puzzles with a subtly creepy atmosphere. The puzzles in the room were the perfect amount of challenging for experienced escape room enthusiasts without being too overly complicated. The staff supported us when solving the trickiest of puzzles without revealing the answers outright, which really preserved our sense of accomplishment at the end of the escape. Overall, a fantastic experience and I can't wait to come back and try their other rooms!
