Excellent juicy burgers. Interestingly, they only do their burgers medium well, but that doesn’t matter the burgers were excellent. Our hostess was nice too.

This was our first time here, and we had a great experience. We arrived after lunch, which coincided with happy hour, so I took advantage of the happy hour menu. My husband ordered an item from the shareable menu. I opted for the Caesar salad, which was okay, while the fried calamari was well-cooked and quite good. The Short Ribs Pasta was amazing; the meat was cooked to perfection and had just the right amount of sauce. My favorite part of the meal was the sticky pudding—it was the best I’ve ever had. The staff was friendly, and the atmosphere was relaxing.

My mom sister and I came here on a whim for lunch last week because the weather was so nice! We got a spot on the patio right away and the service was friendly and there was no wait for our food! We split a few apps which were all delicious! The Thai chicken bites have always been a favourite of mine! I hope they never leave the menu!!! The roasted goat cheese dip was good too and the shrimp were tasty!

Mains were tasty but side salads were small and rather poorly dressed. For the price it’s underwhelming. Most other fast casual chains punch above. Service was great.

UPDATE: The manager did reach out and offered to have myself & my aunt back for a complimentary lunch. We visited again this past Monday. We had a lovely meal and Ryan was our server this time. Everything was great and we both enjoyed the food and great service! We will be back again in the future. Original review: I've met my aunt at this location several times over the years and finally decided to review. I'll keep it short and sweet the food was okay. My aunt ordered the broccoli cheddar soup and it was barely warm she said so that was disappointing but she still ate it. I mean soup should be warm there should be steam coming off of it and you couldn't see anything of the sort. I had the buffalo chicken wrap and it was good. I asked for extra sauce on it and it came the way I wanted. The cutlery that was sitting at the table was kind of dirty so I had to ask for clean cutlery. Our server was really nice I believe her name was Monica. When my aunt went to collect her points for our lunch date the system was down so a few hiccups today but all in all Turtle Jack's is a pretty good spot to have a bite and a chat. My previous visits have been a better experience.
