I like the selection and style of clothing at UNIQLO. We bought 2 fall jackets for my sons and a few shirts for my wife and I, and the price was quite reasonable. We found the staff member who assisted us at the self checkout to be friendly and helpful. The Square One location is the closest outlet for us, so we'll be back!

I really love Uniqlo and their products. They consistently offer great quality for the price, and their clothing lasts a long time. That’s why I keep coming back. However, my experience at the Square One location has been very inconsistent when it comes to customer service. It honestly feels like a coin flip. Some employees are genuinely kind, attentive, and make you feel welcome, and I truly appreciate them for that. Unfortunately, others have made the experience uncomfortable, especially as someone with a disability. Getting help can sometimes feel unnecessarily difficult, which is disappointing for a brand that otherwise does so many things right. I hope this feedback helps highlight the importance of consistent customer service, because when the experience is good, it really reflects well on Uniqlo as a whole.

I absolutely love the most recent Pokémon collaboration, but had an unfortunate experience with a couple of the employees (Sally and Aksh in particular). While shopping with my friend, he overheard them saying extremely offensive things in Punjabi, seemingly about a co-worker. Speaking another language doesn't give employees a free pass to make disgusting comments, especially if there are children within earshot who could likely understand it. Very disappointed these two are on staff, and I will now be shopping elsewhere.

I had such a great experience at Uniqlo Square One today, thanks to Sahil. He was honestly so kind and helpful from the moment I asked him for assistance. He didn’t rush me at all, answered all my questions, and really took the time to make sure I found exactly what I was looking for. What I really appreciated was how patient and genuine he was. You can tell he actually cares about helping customers and making sure they leave happy. Because of him, my shopping experience was super smooth and stress-free. Sahil truly made my day, and Uniqlo is lucky to have someone like him on their team. Thank you, Sahil, for the amazing service!

Hello, I would like to share a very disappointing experience I had at your store few days back. we purchased several items from Uniqlo because we genuinely love the quality of your products. One of the items we bought was a pair of Warm Stretch Pants, which we also got altered in-store as per our requirements. After returning home and trying on the altered pants, the button came off immediately, which was very surprising and disappointing. Regarding the bill: We had two receipts, both initially handled by the lady who helped us. When I picked up the altered pants at around 9:25 PM, I gave one copy of the bill to another employee. I specifically mentioned that I did not have any other bill, and he told me, “That’s for me, I don’t know about the other two,” and didn’t show much interest in helping. The store was closing, so we couldn’t do anything further. The next day , when I went back to the store to explain the situation, I was told that without the bill, nothing can be done, and that it was entirely my responsibility. While I completely understand store policy, this situation was not intentional from my side. I simply followed what the employees asked me to do, and now I am left with a damaged product that was just altered a day before. Of course, I can go outside and get the button stitched myself, but I expected better customer service and support, especially when the issue happened immediately after your own alteration service. Overall, the attitude of the employee and the lack of willingness to help was very disappointing.
