Excellent service! From the phone call to make an appointment, to the the reception and the consultation, I had a pleasant experience with this clinic. Cordiality and punctuality, as well as modern equipments. Dr Peter Solo was fantastic, and directed me to the right specialist. Other clinics should take notes with them on how to deliver a great customer service!

$1000's spent. Broken glasses, "Sorry, we can't help you". The same pair of frames broke 3 times in 3 years. Out of 4 pairs of glasses I have, not a single issue with any others, but with this particular frame they claim they can't help me and I'm just going to have to buy more. That tells me there's an ongoing problem with these frames, and for the clinic who sold them not to stand behind the product is a real shame. "Thanks spending thousands with us on glasses, but if they break while you're cleaning them, you're welcome to look at a different pair of frames which we'll charge you full price for". Thanks for the years of service, but if my clinic isn't going to support the products they sell, I have no choice but to move to another clinic who will support their customers when problems occur.

This place is amazing.. Dr. Jonathan Spilkin is very experienced and highly skilled physician. I’ve been facing issue in my eye it’s been 2 years I have been to many different places nobody could diagnose my problem but Dr. Spilkin diagnosed it within 1 check up. I am very grateful and thankful to Dr. Spilkin and University eye clinic team to give me a way to resolve my issue. Highly recommended for eye checkups.
