  My son went to this daycare for 2 years. He really liked this place, the vast outdoor playground with a water park and especially his teachers. Huge thank you to Ms. Parisa who was so warm and kind to my son, to Ms Cecilia, Ms Vaishali, and Ms Lily who helped him learn English and improve his social skills. Thank you to all the other teachers who were always supportive and kind. Thank you to the supervisor Darlene who was always here for us and recommended very useful free programs to support my son. I highly recommend this daycare.

  This daycare is so nice, there are many things for my child to learn. And the people here are so kind and the teachers are not strict on time. They are always calm and friendly to the parents and the children's rooms are clean, their safety is really assured. I hope the people here at Upper Care don't change.

  My son went here instead of Jk and the staff, teachers and facility was amazing. They helped us with many aspects of transiting to SK and public school. My son was diagnosed with autism and the care centre was very accommodating and assisted my sons needs and made him excited to go to school everyday. The daycare is very clean, many activities, field trips and staff. I am grateful for the staff and everyone there for making it such a great experience. I would highly recommend anyone who are looking for a daycare to check them out.

  We are grateful for our first daycare experience here! It's an intimate and warm facility, where all the teachers (even if they're not your child's teacher) and the chef know which child's parent you are and greet you warmly. All the teachers are so kind and genuinely caring, especially Ms. Aelia and Ms. Afsaneh - they made my sons transition into daycare a positive one and helped him adjust with patience. Ms. Shprese and Ms. Lily were always positive and encouraging toward my son. Ms. Darlene (supervisor) has been especially amazing - always supportive, quick to communicate, friendly, understanding and compassionate - you can tell how much she cares about the kids and family. Last but not least, a special recognition to Ms. Anna (chef), for making delicious meals that helped my child explore more variety. My son enjoyed going to daycare every morning which was a testament to the teachers making class enjoyable to attend. Thank you everyone!
