I went to the store for the first time with my daughter today. The 2 employees that where working didn't leave the cash register. Don't say hi when we walked in. I had to walk to the register to ask a question and they looked at me like I had 3 heads. I have been a store manger for over 30 years. I couldn't believe that lack of service. I hope they fix it. I won't be back

I have been a customer here for 4 years now, and the AMAZING ASM Nadra M and AWESOME TL Soumeiya K have always had the BEST customer service! I myself work in customer service and they have demonstrated 10/10 customer service each time I was present. Not just to me but to other customers as well! I have recommended this location to many friends and family members based on my experiences with these two individuals as well as their previous manager Chelsea ❤️

Hello Urban Kids. I was in the store this Saturday with my grand kids and I'm very happy with my visit. I wanted to appreciate this girl who was very active on the floor and was helping everyone. She helped us with a lot of things. I wanted to tell her manager about her and turns out she is the manager. Very kind and sweet girl.i will come again definitely.

Normally, I'd not post reviews but sometimes it's one person who makes big difference to your experience and impresses you. I was at Urban Kids Pickering Town center this weekend and what an amazing experience I had with the store manager Sara. The store looks very neat and tidy and deals were pretty good too. My daughter was in a bad mood and Sara not only cheered her up but helped her choosing the clothes too. Beautiful girl with very beautiful and professional attitude. I wish you good luck. We will visit the store soon.

Clothes are amazing and sales are even better! But, I went into the store and no one was on the floor.. 15 minutes later, still nobody. When their name pops employee did come out, she came out for 2 minutes and went right back into the back room.. I just left, and so disappointed because I really wanted a few tracksuits and the varsity jackets they have out!!!
