On Sunday October 27 2019, I was shopping around at this location looking for some autumn clothes for my baby. I was having trouble finding sizes so I started looking around for assistance. There were two other workers working hard, one was on cash and the other was doing stock so I did not want to bother them. I wanted to ask the other girl on the floor but she was talking to her friends on the store’s phone. I’m very confused I’m not sure why she’s allowed to do so or if she’s doing it secretly but it’s an inconvenience especially when I needed her help with sizes. I ended up asking the other girl on the floor. From what I remember she’s a young girl and she’s a ginger. It’s not fair for the other girls. The store is great but 1 star for her. That was the most unprofessional thing I’ve seen for someone working on the floor. Please talk to her to avoid this happened to another customer. The other girls were lovely.

Honestly my daughter is 10 and loves this store. She's been shopping here for the last couple of years. Prices are great when everything's on sale because who doesn't love to get a deal! My only complaint would be to have more of a selection on the size XS and Small as this size seems to be gone most of the time.

I want to share the terrible experience my sister had at this store on August 25th. She went shopping with her kids, and when she noticed the cashier had scanned one of her items twice, she politely pointed it out. Instead of checking or correcting the mistake, the cashier rudely dismissed her concerns. After she paid, she checked the receipt and found she had been charged for an extra item. When she went back to clarify, the cashiers were whispering among themselves and were very unprofessional. They told her to get back in line without even looking at the receipt or the items she had bought. It felt like they were ganging up on her, dismissing her, and making her feel humiliated, especially because she doesn’t speak English fluently. She asked for the manager and was told she wasn’t available. When she insisted and mentioned calling the police, a supervisor came over but also didn't provide any real help. After a long wait, the manager finally arrived, checked everything carefully, and confirmed there was a mistake. She apologized and refunded the extra charge, but by then, the damage was done. My sister was treated so poorly that she was in tears driving home. It's not about the money; it's about the way she was humiliated in front of her children and treated with such disrespect. If you shop here, be very careful to check your receipt and be prepared for possible poor service. Take care everyone!!!

I had a very upsetting experience at this store today. I was shopping with my children, one of whom was sick, and noticed the cashier scanned one of my items twice. I brought it to her attention, but she dismissed my concern, saying she knew what she was doing. After paying, I reviewed my receipt in the car and saw that I was charged for more items than I had purchased. I went back to the cashier, but instead of addressing the issue, she and another cashier whispered among themselves and told me to get back in line. They didn't bother to check the receipt or my items. They claimed the store owed me $5 and suggested I pick something else worth that amount. It felt like they were teaming up against me, dismissing my concerns, and treating me with disrespect. I felt discriminated against because of my religion and my imperfect English. I asked for a manager and was told she wasn't in. I threatened to call the police because I was being charged for something I didn't buy, which finally prompted a supervisor to step in. Unfortunately, the supervisor also sided with the cashiers. After insisting on speaking to the manager, I had to wait 40 minutes. When the manager arrived, she was professional and apologized after verifying the mistake. She refunded the extra charge, but the damage was already done. This experience was not about the money but about the principle and the humiliating way I was treated. I left the store in tears, deeply hurt by how I was treated in front of my children. If you decide to shop here, please check your receipt carefully and be prepared for potentially poor customer service.
