I visited urban kids in bramalea and had the pleasure of being helped by and employee whos name madena. I had some questions about the sizes and prices which she answered with incredible patience. She took the time to actually listen and guided me through my options without being pushy. What stood out was her attitude friendly, patient and a great sense of humour even with how busy she looked. Thanks to her, my experience at the store was smooth and enjoyable. Employees like madena make a huge difference in customer service. I’ll definitely be coming back (I hope she’s working when I do!)

I had a wonderful shopping experience for my son this summer! The assistant manager, Chenelle, was incredibly helpful and made the whole process a breeze. If you’re looking for kids' clothes, this place is definitely a must-visit. They have an amazing variety of styles and sizes!

Went to Urban kids at last minute to buy my little guy some cool clothes . He loves sonic and spiderman and urban kids was the place they had many deals going on for pajamas and also for other clothing. This is my second time at this store and tbh its never been a bad experience. They had all kinds of sizes and staff did not hesitate to assist in any way they could help. They were extremely friendly. The Manager Diane was fantastic she helped me to find my sizes I need and even volunteered to see what they had in the back for sizing that wasnt on the floor . Its always that extra step when being helped which shows a customer you care. I got what i wanted and more thanks!
