I haven’t been to a dentist in almost 7 years and to be honest was quite nervous about the whole thing, as many people are. The staff at Urbanview Dental are extremely friendly, approachable and ensure all your needs are met during the whole process. I went in for an initial exam and cleaning, and both services were completed brilliantly with the utmost level of care and patience. Dr.Nah really took his time with me and constantly made sure I was ok during the procedure and also engaged in some knowledge sharing so that I could really understand the good and the areas for improvement. I will definitely be returning to do more dental work and periodic cleaning at Urbanview Dental - doing a cleaning after so long really made me realize how disgusting my teeth were (even though I thought they were clean). Heather was a great hygienist, friendly and professional. The cleaning was gentle and she has good communication with me as the client. The dentists are very proactive and would usually promote various measures or products for preventative dental care whenever I have a check-up/cleaning.
