Great daycare in the neigbourhood. Staff is great and my children love it here. I am especially happy with our teacher who has been so caring to my kids.

AWFUL DAYCARE! I went for a tour a few weeks ago with my 2.5 son. I did the tour with Mary she was very lovely. After the tour I spoke with the manger of the daycare. She asked for my email to send me the registration form to start for September. I am still waiting for it. I've called maybe over 50 times and no response. I can't get a hold of them at all. I've emailed and still nothing. Just AWFUL communication skills with parents! Also the daycare smelled bad like it hasn't been cleaned in months. Literally right when you walk in .. it hit you in the face. Overall extremely disappointed with this daycare after them telling me my son will be starting in September. I will NOT be taking my son here .

Horrible Daycare! I have (2) two year old's that attended this place. If you don't want your children to be locked up like animals for months on end find another daycare! They don't take the kids out daily as required by law, they make excuse after excuse when its simple laziness. They don't watch the children attentively. My son comes home with numerus scratch/claw marks on his face. They don't do simply tasks like wiping their noses or anything. AVOID at all costs.

We have started with Valley Farm daycare in August 2022. In infant room. And all I can tell you is I am beyond grateful and amazed. As many mothers, I was very nervous for my 11 month old to start at the day care. How would it be? What if he doesn't like it? No one knows my baby better than I do, what if they miss something? I was fortunate enough to have a bit of time before I returned to work, so I was allowed to be present for the first couple of hours of the day when we be started daycare. All those worries disappeared very quickly. I was amazed how great all the adults in the entire building were! Everyone were smiling, caring and just the "right" vibe. Not for a minute (!)did I feel like someone did not want to be there or was having a bad day. It is truly priceless. They even were smiling when i anxiously was giving side notes to our routine, i did not feel like i was judged or " tolerated". I felt heard and respected! It takes special person to work with children all day long, to keep that sense of endless wonder and this is what the team in infant room does so well. You know a workplace does something right when even after a pandemic and closures there are long standing people who work there 17+ years. Zakiyah, Niromi, Vanaja and Kamse-team in infant room- make those little children feel so welcomed. Hearts of gold does not fully describe what they do! It has been 3 month now and I can see how happy my 14 month old is when he comes in and sees other children and nannies. I am at peace and can go to work without a worry. I love that they send updates through out the day, pictures and if there is anything out of the norm they would call. I love that they do alot of art, activities, go on the neighborhood walks ( drives) when weather permits and use the great backyard. The daycare itself is so clean ( I have no idea how much effort it takes to keep it this well maintained considering how messy children can be). But koodos to everyone. To finish this up, if there were more than 5 stars, I would have put it. If there was an award- I would have given it to Valley farm daycare and their staff. What I can do, is to say a huge, heartfelt "thank you" to the infant group team and Aya- director for creating the place where parents like me can bring our children and know they are in a great company. So THANK YOU! And we are looking forward to all new things that we learn, new friendships and new experiences.
