On January 22, 2026, my 86-year-old father and I arrived early for his 12:00 PM appointment. Despite this, the doctor saw a patient who arrived after him due to an alleged emergency. When I raised concerns, the secretary dismissed them and even laughed in my face. This is not the first time my father has experienced such delays and poor treatment. Correct me if I am wrong if this in fact was an emergency would you not go to the hospital. The secretary, who appears to be in her late 60s and resembles singer Cher without a facelift, displayed a lack of sensitivity towards my father's situation. I urge the practice to investigate this incident and consider sensitivity training for the staff involved.

Dr. Luisa De Faveri and her team were amazing! Dr. De Faveri explained every step of her exam in detail and with simplicity so the general public would understand it. She was even able to explain everything to my Mom in Italian so she could understand as well! Her team of technicians was also awesome in helping us prepare for the exam and in conducting some of the scans needed for the doctor to evaluate. Finally, front office staff and retail consultants were were patient and helpful in explaining the various eyeglass options! I would highly recommend Dr. De Faveri to anyone looking for a new Optometrist! Robert
