  Thanks to the twin who were manning the shop. Very knowledgeable, very helpful. Good selection of variety to fill a tank. But watchout it’s kinda pricey on fish and supplies. NO discount. Hack, they are closest to me so time saved offset the prices. Got a Betta from them, beautiful, his (or her?) food (great dry red 🪱worm imitations $10…small pack size, Made In Japan), and just got a mini external filtration pump $20 as well! Looking good!

  I caught the "Fancy Goldfish" bug after assuming care of a neglected pond. I started by overwintering pond fish in an indoor aquarium & I now have 3 indoor aquariums:) It's not easy to find high quality, healthy or rare goldfish varieties in Canada. I discovered Proaquatic via on-line gold-fish fancier forums & was VERY impressed with their well maintained, clean shop, crystal clear aquarium water, healthy & obviously well cared fish. They offer an excellent variety of superior quality, less common fancy goldfish and koi - great stock for selection & really great on-line updates with pictures so you know what's on offer:) Top marks for customer service, the owner/staff are very accessible with fast response time to emails/messages and follow up after purchase.   Jennifer was awesome with helping me pick a few ranchu and oranda. Assessed what I was trying to do with a tank and what limitation I may come across and provide helpful advice. Healthy fish, even fertile the next time that I could spawn goldfish fry the next day. I was quite surprised. The shop is a little cluttered and pretty but it's a busy shop. Will be back when I have more tank space.

  I met the owner at Magic Aquarium when I first got into the Fancy Goldfish hobby featuring ranchus. He introduced me to his store aka Vquatics. Although his store is a 15 minute drive from home, I often find myself visiting their shop regularly to learn more about the hobby and just check out their nice fishes. The owner is very busy but he’s also very knowledgeable and nice when you ask him questions. His employee has the same positive attitude towards customers and fish. I like how they are very considerate when selling their fish, they make sure they are in pristine conditions before selling them to customers. Nice fancy goldfish are hard to find in Toronto and I was fortunate enough to secure 3 at a good deal from the owner. I will be returning for their next shipment Only feedback id give is it would be better if owner was more responsive to inquiries. My calls didn’t go through and I had to drive to ask his workers small questions about my order

  I was in the shop this past weekend. Absolutely love the fish in this store, a lot of very high quality fish. For any goldfish enthusiasts this is definitely a treasure of the city. Second to none around the gta as far as quality goes. The staff was very helpful and knowledgeable. Very clean and well kept tanks/water. It’s been almost a week now and all the fish purchased are strong, healthy and have settled in my tank nicely. I’d recommend this place to anyone interested in aquatics.
