We can't be thankful enough to find Shukriya, such a caring, detail oriented and someone who gets along with kids effortlessly. Our son's face lits up every time he sees her in the morning which easily can describe about how he feels to be under her care. From the initial application all the way to being blessed with an amazing care provider (Aisha) plus the exceptional staff that keeps me up to date on home visits and more…I am blown away at this program.   I’ve had a really good experience working with Wee Watch as a provider. The area supervisor is super supportive and always easy to talk to. Wee Watch provided me with the equipment I needed to start my daycare, which made the process much easier. I also really appreciate that the paperwork isn’t my responsibility, so it’s one less thing to worry about and lets me focus more on the kids and daycare operations. We also have ongoing training opportunities, including workshops offered both in person and online, which makes it easy to continue learning and improving as a provider. The home visitor, is also very helpful and gives great feedback whenever I need guidance or have questions. I feel supported in my role and valued as a provider, which makes working with Wee Watch a positive experience.
