Our supervisor is very nice. She visits regularly, writes detailed reports, and even includes little quotes from her conversations with our daughter. Reading those quotes makes us feel like we’re right there, witnessing her day unfold. It’s such a thoughtful touch that warms our hearts every single time. And now… where do we even start with Miss Shermin? She isn’t just a caregiver, she has truly become like family to us. She showers our daughter with love, patience, and kindness. She doesn’t just “watch” the kids, she engages with them, plays with them, teaches them, and creates an environment where they feel safe, happy, and inspired to grow. She cooks nutritious meals, plans developmental activities, and fills the day with warmth and joy. We get pictures and videos regularly that capture our daughter’s smiles, creativity, and milestones.
