I am totally amazed and satisfied by the staff of WOPC. My kid has been a student here since he joined infant program in Jan 2023. I have moved close to Burlington and it’s bit of drive for me but have no intentions of changing the daycare because the teachers here really care for the kids. The food is healthy and teachers send updates throughout the day. All in all I am super happy that my little one is having great development because of all the hard work of WOPC staff.

Went to the centre to see what it was like and to book a tour for me and my husband. Rang the doorbell at the entrance twice with no response. A lady came out and said hi but was wearing her coat and clearly leaving. I asked her if she worked there and she said yes. Then I told her why I was there as she was rushing down the stairs. She told me to ring the door bell, I told her I did and she offered no other help. I decided to leave because I don’t want our kid going to a place that clearly doesn’t care when the staff members treat potential clients this way. Then saw the lady speeding like a bat out of hell in the parking lot and just managed to snap a photo. It wasn’t very professional or safe in my opinion. There’s a lot of other places that offer daycare at competitive prices with better service , so I won’t be sending my children here.

Our son started in September last year and we couldn't be happier. The staff welcomed us warmly, creating a nurturing and safe environment. The daily schedule balances play, learning, and rest, helping our son adapt smoothly. He really likes the music program every week. The teachers provide regular updates with pictures and notes, giving us peace of mind and keeping us connected. We’ve already noticed positive changes in our son—he’s more social, confident, and eager to learn.

If you would like a daycare that cannot respond to your emails or return your calls, this would be the one. Similar sentiments to the other reviewer with the same issue. Editing to add that while my handle does say Mississauga Mom. This was my previous city I resided in but West Oakville Preschool is the centre I am referring to. I hope they can get better organized and reply to emails and phone calls. It’s sad because the location is very nice.

We moved our daughter to this daycare a year ago, and it’s been one of the best decisions we’ve made. From day one, she’s been greeted by the most friendly and caring teachers and assistants who truly make the environment feel like a second home. The open space gives her plenty of room to run, play, and explore—something she absolutely loves. Not once has she said she didn’t want to go; she’s always walked in with a happy smile, excited for the day ahead. We’re so grateful for the nurturing atmosphere and the joy this place brings to our little one!
