It is a hidden gem between big stores.

My daughter is not the most coordinated. Which means she could benefit from her coach paying attention to her more and encouraging her. Coach Lexi and the other coach rarely acknowledged her. I would see the coaches pay attention more to the skilled girls. Unfortunately my daughter was left alone a lot trying to figure things out on her own. Not impressed.

We have been doing kids sports activities for 6 years. This is the first review I’ve ever written. We had high hopes for this gym as my 7 year old daughter loves circus and gymnastics activities. Unfortunately it was a big disappointment. From the first class onward, she received very limited coaching. The circus coach gave the kids about 3 moves to do on 4 different apparatus (about 12 instructions at once). Then they had to go to an activity where they mostly forgot what they were supposed to do. This is where coaching would normally come in, but my daughter was largely ignored throughout the three month program. She spent a lot of time standing at her station waiting for help but the head coach spent the vast majority of her time with one specific child. The assistant coach also didn’t provide much support, at least not to my daughter. On the trampoline I witnessed sessions where the coach didn’t even acknowledge my daughter, let alone provide any instruction or positive feedback. Some nights she waz glancing in another direction each time it was my daughters turn, even though she was standing right at the trampoline. The whole thing was hard to watch week after week. The coach didn’t smile and gave such little feedback and certainly didn’t spend any time providing positive feedback. Receiving the ‘report card’ every couple of weeks became a joke because all the moves were green check marks - every single time. But she barely did anything in class. I have seen the gym respond to some of these reviews suggesting the parent should have spoken up. The coach was largely unavailable and definitely unapproachable. To the questions I tried to ask early on, I received one word answers without any sort of willingness to engage on her part. I did inquire about switching our night of the week ( in hopes of having a different coach) but no other night was available. I would not recommend this gym.

My daughter has been with this centre almost a year, (3 gymnastic seasons) and LOVES coach Rebecca and her team. The class is fun, energetic and keeps her focus (she is 3). Every week she looks forward to gymnastics day. I highly recommend!

We’ve been at this facility for a few years now and love the coaches, staff and all the work they put in for the athletes. They’re incredibly supportive as they learn new things and it’s very clear that they love what they do. We appreciate the hard work that goes into every aspect of this to give our kids a great experience.
