They have surpassed our expectations. The hands-on care and attention to my children is topnotch, the environment is ideal and their kind, incisive handling of my little one is most satisfying.

The centre was great when viewing. But the head staff are very shady when it comes to pricing and how they want things paid. They want 3 months in advance.. which is almost $9,000!!! On top of a deposit of $280. And they want it all up front even if your a family who cant afford it and is approved for child care benefit they still want all of it up front. (And will apparently pay you back). I had CCB personnel contact the centre to arrange and guarantee payment only for them to turn around and go back on what was said and agreed too. IM ALSO FULLY COVERED, so I wouldn’t be paying out of pocket what so ever there for the payment was fully guaranteed by CCB. Not to mention I truly believe they were being as difficult as they were because my son is black. If your not a boujie Asian with $$$ they don’t want your kids there. Save your time, don’t bother. Oh and don’t bother asking for a pricing list, they keep it hidden most likely for this reason but I managed to snap a pic during one of our meetings.

A week before they opened I called to ask if they offer $10 a day daycare. Whoever answered the phone rudely replied asking me what I was talking about and that it’s not a thing. I actually told her I wasn’t even interested anymore because of how rude she was and if she’s that rude to me then how will she treat my child. On top of that I have seen the cops there several times including today.
