  My 3 year old son seemed to have an awful experience at a larger, more well-known childcare center/preschool in the area. He was fairly unhappy... He cried every day he went, became more introverted, less talkative, and overall, seemed sad most of the time. I believe the sudden "cold" environment was really hard on him, and as soon as I realized, I pulled him out and looked for something warm with kind, caring people. My search brought me to Willow Bend Early Learning Centre. Upon walking in, my son was smiling and chatting within 10 minutes. He seemed to enjoy the environment, the people, and the atmosphere - something I'd never seen at the other school! Heck, I'd never even seen him smile at the other school. He's only attended a couple of days now, but already, I have seen such a difference. He's become happier, more talkative, and more outgoing again. He smiles in the mornings when before, he would wake up and be sad as soon as he noticed his school bag. I can't describe the feeling of finally having somewhere I know my son is happy and taken care of. They send updates, tell me about his day, and seem to genuinely enjoy being with children! I am so, so, so happy to have found Willow Bend Early Learning Centre and know my son is happy, too.

  Words cannot describe how much we love this learning centre! We were apprehensive when it came time to put our daughter in daycare but the staff were super patient, understanding, and supportive when they answered my many many questions. I was expecting her to cry when I dropped her off the first week but instead the opposite happened! She just loves going there and can’t wait to go in the morning! All the staff knows our daughter by name and she is super happy to see them all. Development wise our daughter is so much more advanced in the milestones than what she would be without the amazing knowledgeable staff! It sure puts our minds at ease knowing she is in such good hands every day!

  My daughter has been going to Willow Bend for a year now. She has moved up classes two times now and every single teacher in her classes took her in as their own daughter. She has learned so many things since attending this center. Carolyn the owner has the most calming and kindest soul. I am extremely grateful for this center and everyone who works there. I could never imagine bringing my daughter anywhere else! 💖

  We love our little daycare and are so happy we found it! Everyone at Willow Bend is very sweet and attentive. Our baby started going to Willow Bend at 14 months and he was cradled in love. It wasn’t’ easy for us, but the educators took the time we needed to make us feel at home. He is now in the older group. They do lots of crafts and activities, spend plenty of time outdoors. Our son loves going to the daycare and it is very comforting to us.

  Willow Bend has provided a nurturing and safe environment for our 3 year old. Carrie and her team of educators are clearly passionate about their work, and uphold a high professional standard. They go above and beyond to create a loving community for the children in which they can explore, play and grow. The Montessori approach that Willow Bend follows is one we believe in, and are very happy to have our children exposed to. I highly recommend Willow Bend.
