  My daughter spent 3 years at Willowbrae in South Richmond and we had the best experience. Teachers are great, food is exceptional, facility is clean and managed really well. Teachers are attentive, caring and always took the time to give me updates on my daughter’s daily activities and progress. Progress reports and teacher meetings made it easy for parents and teachers to stay on the same page and share observations and milestones. Menu is great - lots of variety that exposed my daughter to foods she might not have otherwise tried. Highly recommend!

  We loved our time at Willowbrae in Richmond. My daughter enjoyed spending time with her teachers and friends and all the staff seemed to know her name even if she wasn’t in their classroom. Any issues were dealt with quickly and we had great communication from the staff. Their progress reports kept us in the loop of what she was able to do without us there and the frequent parent teacher meetings were appreciated. The food provided was varied and I’m pretty sure it helped to expanded her palate. Overall we had a really good experience in this daycare.

  Our son loves Willowbrae and we are so pleased he is part of this academy. Teachers are very nurturing, professional and positive. The daycare is clean, great nutritious meals are provided. The daily report provides additional reassurance and if you ever need to discuss this with the academy they will happily make time to discuss anything regarding your child. My son has been at Willowbrae South Richmond since he was 18 months old and is now 4 years old. He looks forward to going to everyday! Highly recommended.

The centre is very well run - I always left drop-offs and pick-ups feeling like my children were in excellent care. And the teachers are amazing. Both our kids formed close bonds with their teachers, which really illustrates the quality of the people there. We are incredibly grateful to have found this place.

  We’ve been part of the Willowbrae family for the past few years, and we couldn’t be more grateful for the truly exceptional care our children have received. From Peggy’s warm and attentive leadership as director, to the delicious, wholesome meals prepared each day by the in‑house chef, and right through to every single educator on the floor, everyone at Willowbrae goes above and beyond to create a safe, nurturing, and inspiring environment. The curriculum is wonderful, our kids come home every evening eager to share their stories about their art projects, new friends, and the adventures they’ve shared. We’ve watched them build confidence, curiosity, and compassion and we’re certain the program has given them a rock‑solid foundation for kindergarten and beyond. Leaving is bittersweet: we’ll deeply miss the caring staff and the friendships our family has formed at the centre, but we’re also excited for the next chapter.
