  I wish I could give 6 stars. My child has been attending Yonge Hearts for 2 months. We switched from another daycare in the area. I’m so happy with the switch. Having come from another daycare, this place truly exceeds expectations. 1) The food looks high quality and there is a good variety of different meals, but alternative options if your child is a picky eater. They take 3 pictures each day (breakfast, lunch and snack) and upload to the heymama app. 2) They always share at least 1 photo of your child doing an activity and a few updates about the day. They keep you informed and provide plenty of communication. They also manage COVID protocols very well. 3) The location is clean, the space is bright. This building was designed to be a daycare, it makes a huge difference to the child’s development and experiential learning environment. 4) The staff members are incredible. June and Jenn, and the teachers are accommodating and kind. Everyone nurtures an environment that embraces diversity, collaboration, and inclusion. 5) The fees are very reasonable! Much lower than some daycares. If you are trying to get into this daycare, keep trying. It’s absolutely worth the effort if you want the best for your little one.

  We tried to register our first and second babies with them but we have never heard from them. They are very unclear about their waiting list and believe if someone is not providing more details about their process, they are cheating or taking advantage of government facilities in favor of themselves. I called them, sent emails to them but they are not answering you clearly. This daycare is located right beside my building and it was easy for us to commute by walking but know we have to spend an hour each day to drop off and pick up our children to another location at 404 and Sheppard. I'm working hard to support my family and don't have enough time to make a formal complain against them.

  My daughter transferred to Yonge Hearts around 3 years old. Our family are so happy to see her grow with amazing care provided by YHCCC. Its popular for multiple reasons, but I will spell the amazing yet very stable team is a key one for us. Our prior school was good but teachers turnover was really high. Yonge hearts also have very comprehensive learning programs, walks to library, parks, fire station loblaw etc to explore out of class room. I would certainly recommend, but do line up asap.

  My daughter has been attending here since she turned 1, last year. I can't emphasize enough how happy we are with Yonge Hearts! As a parent, knowing that your child is being cared for in the best way possible is such a relief! All the staff is great, the building is built specifically for a daycare, and the meals they serve are nutritious AND delicious.

  Our little angel has had a wonderful time at this school, and I just can't help but share our valuable experience! 🌈 Firstly, the teaching staff here are incredibly warm and friendly! They show immense patience and love towards the children, and every teacher cares for each child's growth as if they were family. This affection not only comforts us but also makes the school a warm second home for the kids. There are diverse activities every day, engaging the children. This not only fosters their overall development but also keeps them excited about school. As parents, we get daily updates about our child's diet, learning, and playtime. This communication mechanism lets us deeply understand our child's life at school, which is incredibly touching. I waited a long time for an admission spot, but I must say, it was truly worth it. This school is very reassuring because my child is really happy here. Every time I go to pick up my little one, a group of enthusiastic and polite children come out to greet us, making it feel so heartwarming. This social atmosphere makes us feel like we are part of a big family. Overall, this school is amazing! I am deeply grateful to every dedicated teacher and staff member for giving our child a joyful and meaningful childhood. If you are looking for a warm and welcoming educational environment, I wholeheartedly recommend this school. The wait is worth it because it is truly a wonderful place. 🌟💖
