Tammy is the best! I've seen her 3 times so far and she's just the perfect combination of skill/professionalism + care. She genuinely cares about her patients' health and I'm not at all suprised to see how many others in these reviews also mention her as the highlight of their visit.

Not a great experience overall. 1. I had already been examined at another clinic and decided on the treatment, but since this clinic was closer, I thought I would do it here. They required me to pay for a new exam first, which I understand is standard practice. However, the exam fee alone was over $150, about the same as a specialist’s exam fee. The whole exam felt rushed, and the doctor only spent about a minute with me, with little communication. Paying that much just for this felt excessive. 2. Before going in, I had called to ask about the treatment cost, and they gave me a price. But after the exam, the quote for the exact same treatment was almost double what I was told on the phone. I was shocked. In the end, I went to a specialist for the procedure, and their price was about the same as what this general dentist quoted. 3. On the positive side, the front desk staff were warm and welcoming. However, some of them had accents that were very difficult to understand, and at times I wasn’t sure if they were speaking English…

I had such a great experience here. Dr. Alexander took the time to explain everything clearly and made the whole process feel really easy. The scheduling was smooth and well organized, and all of the assistants were so welcoming and respectful. They created a warm, comfortable atmosphere that really put me at ease. I genuinely felt well cared for from start to finish.

Have been mostly happy here until I asked for a referral for a dental implant. They want to charge me more than other clinics and refuse to provide a referral to a lower cost clinic (that requires a referral) despite knowing I can't access the other clinic without one. Now I'm dealing with this pain for longer than I probably would have to otherwise. I've cancelled all future appointments and will not be returning. Guess they only care about the money. They will probably be glad I'm saying this for them, but don't bother with this clinic if you don't have a ton of money or fantastic insurance that covers everything.

I always have a wonderful experience with Tammy, I’ve been coming here to this dental office for over 10 years since I was a university student - I’ve moved to Vancouver and changed cities and always manage to come back here for her. She’s very thorough with her work and I feel my dental health has always been maintained very well. Also wanted to shout-out to Sherry for always being so pleasant and helpful whenever I have questions or need to reschedule my appointment :)
