Fantastic school! I appreciate that it has a Regio teaching philosophy, that prepares my son for future success! What impresses me the most is that teachers are sent all across the world on training to sharpen said skillset! My son loves the school!

We enrolled our daughter at Young Minds about eight months ago, right as we were starting to think about potty training. Like many parents, we were anxious about the process. What has impressed us the most, and what I feel sets this daycare apart, is the clear, consistent, and child-centered approach the administration has towards this major milestone. From our very first conversation with the Supervisor, it was clear this wasn't just about "getting kids out of diapers." It was about partnership and development. Which was reassuring to my wife and I. Here’s what their administrative insight on potty training looked like in practice: They encouraged us to have a conversation with our daughters educators on when we would like to get started. They gave us a step by step guide to assess readiness at home and how the school will partner with us through this process. Clarity and Consistency: The administration has a clear policy of having children trained before Preschool. They provided a clear explanation of their process (e.g., frequent potty breaks, positive reinforcement like the potty dance, how they handle accidents). This meant every staff member was on the same page, providing a consistent environment for the children. There was no confusion. Partnership, Not Pressure: We never felt rushed or judged. The administration's philosophy is "child-led." When we hit a regression after a few weeks, the Director herself checked in. She reassured us that this was completely normal, shared some insights on why it happens, and helped us tweak our strategy at home to align with what they were doing at school. It felt like we had a knowledgeable and compassionate coach. Empowered Teachers: It's clear the teachers understand this support too. They are patient, incredibly positive, and communicate with us daily using the ParentApp. They celebrate the successes, no matter how small, and handle accidents with such grace that our daughter never felt shame. The Result? Our daughter is now fully potty trained, and more importantly, she is proud of herself. The transition was smoother than we ever imagined, largely because the daycare provided a structured, supportive, and seamless environment. If you are a parent dreading the potty training phase, I cannot recommend Young Minds enough. Look beyond just the curriculum and program—the true mark of a great daycare is in how they handle these foundational life skills. The administrative team here has it down to a science, and we are so grateful
