Wow, what an amazing store, with great selection of products and the most amazing customer service. We were helped by James, and he was very polite and friendly , while we were browsing. They are following all the safety protocols and keeping everything clean. I highly recommend optical 38 on Dundas, if you are looking for a new frame, this is the place to go. They'll take care of you. They have an optometrist on site, Dr. Alvin yang is great. Thanks

I’ve been to a few glasses stores in the past but Optical Thirty 8 (Mississauga) has been by far my most memorable experience. After walking in I was greeted but the friendliest staff you’ll meet in any establishment. On top of the friendliness and selflessness, unfortunately I damaged my glasses pretty badly about a week after receiving them and with no questions asked they took them back and fixed them for free. Jack was able to find specific lenses I chased for a long time and matched perfect frames. I seldom write google reviews, as they often take too much time, however this and very few other stores around this country genuinely deserve good solid reviews like mine and many others below. 99% of reviews of this place are spot on, the other 1% are written by petty people who believe the world should bend over backwards for them. Don’t bother reading the one star reviews, unless you’ve had a bad day and you need a good laugh. The Optical Thirty 8 employees have a great head on their shoulders, and deserve a lot more recognition than they already have. Hope to come back here soon, and will definitely recommend this place to other people. Thank you Jack and Team.

Excellent staff and very knowledgable. Switched from another optometrist and it is a night and day difference. The doctor was very patient and the service, especially Jack Yu who helped me, was amazing. Highly recommend for all your eye and glasses needs!
