Worst service ever! First of all, I would like to specify that this review is not for the teachers of the day care. My child was not registered there so I can not say whether they are good, bad or any other aspect to daily routine. This review is only for the director of the day care and for the women in charge for the waiting list. My experience is as follows: I called the daycare in March 2018. They registered my son's details and I explained to them that we were newcomers in Canada and if there would be spots available in september 2018. They said that it was to soon to be precise but chances were good and that I was number 20 on the waiting list. (I did not see an actual list, and please remember--number 20). Months went by and in July 2018, I and my wife, went there personally (because we live 70 meters away from them), and they repeated the same things, we were to soon and that we were number 20 on the waiting list (and again no copy of the list was given or seen by us). On August 2018 I went personally again and the same things were said. I was number 20 on the waiting list but this time they told me to return the second week of September, because the first week was the week that elder children changed classes and that there could be a possibility for an open spot. Now the best part, I went again personally in the second week of September. They left me waiting in the hall for like 20 minutes, which was strange.. Then the director came and with arrogance she said: 'You are still here.. Listen, I saw the waiting list and you are 28th. So for now there are no spots available'. I did not understand what was going on, and with a shaking voice, I told her that 3 weeks ago I was 20th on the waiting list. How come I was 28th righ now?! She was out of words. Her face changed colors like a chameleon... I was filled and went outside and decided to never come back again. I gave word to myself that in two months, if I was still angry about it, I would leave a very detailed and low review. Well guess what, I am still angry. Maybe the teachers are ok, maybe everything in the learning process is ok. Just be aware people, the director is the very least a BIG LIAR!

Great daycare that isn't overly fancy. The price is totally reasonable, and their aim for diversity is awesome. My child is loved and well cared for there, and is always happy and excited at the end of the day.

Ever sense my baby girl started day care she has been catching a cold from this daycare sense 5 mouths ago and she still catching a cold that going around in the day care. The daycare stuff do not disinfect the day care before the kids go in the morning or they do not disinfect after daycare. And some parents take there kids to daycare while there sick witches causes other kids to get sick.
