  Really nice people running the place. Care providers across the programs are kind, accommodating and know how to have fun with the kids through play and fun science experiments. My toddler and preschooler, both have a great time going to the centre and got accustomed to the place fairly quickly when started.

  Update: My son has now transitioned from the toddler room to preschool, and I just wanted to share how well it’s been going. I was nervous at first, but the staff were amazing and really supported him through the change. He’s doing so well and loves going every day! We also have a new program manager, Michelle, who has been great (very friendly and approachable). And a big thank you to Emily and Adina who are absolutely rocking the preschool room! Still very happy with this daycare 😊 We couldn’t be happier with the care our son receives at this daycare! From the moment you walk in, the staff are welcoming, friendly, and always have a smile on their faces. The environment is warm and positive, and it’s clear that everyone genuinely loves what they do. The manager, Jenn, does an incredible job running the daycare—everything is well-organized, and you can tell she truly cares about both the children and her team. The toddler room staff are absolutely wonderful and go above and beyond to care for the kids. We’re especially grateful for Julie, who our son absolutely adores! It’s heartwarming to see how connected he is to her and how excited he is to go every day. Our little one is thriving and learning so much. It gives us such peace of mind knowing he’s in such good hands. Daycare staff don’t get nearly enough recognition for the hard work they put in every day. They are shaping little lives with patience, love, and care—and they absolutely deserve to be paid more for everything they do. Huge thank you to this amazing team for all that you do. You truly make a difference!

  Staffs here are always a pleasure to talk to. Facility is kept clean. And we love all the different activities the staffs plans for my sons.

  We had a wonderful experience with YWCA Jean Steckle! The staff are all fabulous. They sincerely care about our daughter’s social, physical, and mental well-being. They are flexible and accommodating with any special requests I had. Communication via the hi mama app was excellent. My daughter really loved attending this daycare :)
