Excellent customer service. Staff go above and beyond to help. Woman with short white hair (owner or manager) was very helpful and fair with my exchange. Seamstress did a great job on the alterations for my daughter’s communion dress. Great selection of dresses and accessories. Have referred many friends from different nationalities (Indian, Chinese, African and Italian) and want to say thank you for providing them with the same outstanding level of service. Thank you!!! Pretty store and nice stuff. Service is hit and miss. Bought my daughter's baptism outfit there. Went in the other day for her birthday outfit and was completely ignored. Had to chase down an employee to pull down a dress to check for a size, despite there being multiple employees in the store. Not a lot of selection for an pink birthday baby dress. At least they said have a nice day on the way out....

I Always have a great experience at zero 20! Both my children got their baptism outfits here and looked absolutely amazing. Their selection can’t be beat. I like to shop here for nicer clothing for when I want the kids to look good and it never fails. Service is friendly and helpful. I cannot recommend it enough!
