Super awesome place for brunch! The food is absolutely incredible and the staff are so kind! During busy hours, staff might take a bit longer to get to your table, but once they’re there, they are THE BEST! Highly recommend trying this place out.

Had a lovely time at this place. Our server was friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable about the menu. The food was really delicious, tasty, hearty and well seasoned and there was also a lot to choose from on the menu. I will definitely be coming back to try new dishes!

We had a lovely experience here. My husband and I and stepdaughter were charmed by the decor and atmosphere. Our server Jay was friendly and kind and helped us pick the best options on the menu. My husband's short rib was so tender, I enjoyed the apple & ricotta salad and we loved the red pepper hummus and pita. The smashed potatoes were everything a perfect potato should be! Would definitely recommend coming here for your next dining pleasure !

Went for brunch many times during my stay at the 1 Hotel, the burrata peach salad was pretty good - the peaches and heirloom tomatoes were ripe and flavorful. Would probably skip the breakfast scramble & the chia seed pudding (overnight pudding?) next time. Fried chicken was pretty good and the steak & eggs were hearty. Pretty pricy though and service was pretty slow.

1 Kitchen Toronto is one of the most beautiful brunch spots in the city. Located inside the 5-star 1 Hotel, the space is filled with greenery and natural light, creating a calm, refreshing atmosphere that feels like a greenhouse oasis in downtown Toronto. The menu focuses on farm-to-table, locally sourced, and sustainable ingredients with clean, balanced flavors. I tried The Great Canadian and Norwegian Benny — both were thoughtfully prepared and delicious, especially the Benny with smoked salmon and perfectly poached eggs. Service is friendly and relaxed, and despite the weekend rush, wait times were reasonable. Prices are fair for the quality and experience. Highly recommended for brunch dates, special occasions, or anyone who enjoys a stylish, nature-inspired dining environment. It’s a place that leaves you energized instead of overly full — a rare find in the city.
