We purchased a piano from the Academy and were very pleased with their years of experience and knowledge of the Yamaha instruments. We paid for the piano at the shop on College St and picked it up at the Yamaha warehouse in Toronto. Looking forward to working with the Academy of Music again for future instrument purchases as the need arises!

I went into this place because I found a White Yamaha P-125 there that I wanted. I went into the location and a couple kids came out if the back room where I assume they teach piano. They obviously had a great lesson. The colour I wanted was not in stock so the owner suggested I take the black and Play it until a white one came in and then he’d exchange them. That was awesome of him. I took the piano home and realized that it didn’t have Bluetooth or a mic input. I couldn’t live with that so I asked if he’d take it back and he said that it was against policy but he’d make a one time exception. He is a straight shooter and sympathetic to my situation. I would highly recommend this place as they have a large selection of Yamaha Piano’s Digital Pianos bothe new and used.

I knew I was looking to purchase a Yamaha Clavinova digital piano, and found the Academy of Music via a Facebook post. They had all of the newest Clavinova models available, and their prices were very competitive compared to other local retailers. Elena and Yosif answered all my questions about the instrument, and helped me get the piano very quickly. I especially appreciated that they met me at the Yamaha headquarters north of the city to pick up the piano, to save me a trip downtown. I got the impression that the owners know and love their products, and prioritize customer service. Thanks for your help! I love my piano!

I was looking for a Yamaha Digital piano. I found the model I wanted in Academy of Music store, at very reasonable and competitive price and available for immediate purchase/pickup. Yosef , one of the owners, is extremely nice person with very positive attitude. It was a great experience dealing with Academy of Music and will recommend them to my friends and family.
