Very nice place to play and chill with one piece players and collectors. They also have very fair prices on their singles. They also carry other card games as well! Check it out if your in the area!

Uncharges a ton on singles. I literally watched them try to sell two Riftbound singles, worth less than 50 cents each, for $4 and this was for a customer at the store itself. When the customer confronted about the price, the clerk said that they want people to bulk buy which is why the 2 cards cost $4 dollars. I tried cancelling an event with them online, but they never confirmed anything. No email, no follow-up, no info about refunds or cancellation policies. Nothing. It's only after I checked their website after going that I saw this reply: Hey Shen! Thank you for let us know. We can’t reschedule for you since it’s final sale and the date is too close to the event date. Since you are new customer, we can refund you and add to your store account as store credit for 10 cad. I never saw this message, and I never replied or confirmed to cancel it, not sure why they would sell my seat without trying to double check or reach out. It turned out that I was able to make it so I show up to the event. Instead of keeping track of attendee names, they ask me for the tracking number of an item I bought last month. After a bit of confusion and digging emails, I finally I give them the tracking number, and I am told that they cancelled me, despite never double checking with me or emailing me to tell me. I am mainly playing this tournament for the participation Nexus packs, so I ask if I can just get the pack instead, as I am unable to play in today tournament since they overbooked. I was refused that as well, it seems like the store is unorganized, upcharges a ton on products. They ask for email #order confirmation for events, but never send email confirmation or call back to confirm. From all of the events I've play for Riftbound so far, by far the worst experience. Raincity Games, ScreenFree Games, Drawforturn, and QuestCentral have been fantastic in terms of communication and just being pleasant to interact with for Nexusnight I would recommend them way more. I've heard of other weird cases happening with Once Piece TCG involving the store with pricing as well, honestly left a really bad impression could have really helped to just gotten an email or call. *Update to owners response. I did not state I could not intend, I asked if it's possible to reschedule. I understand that you made some wrong assumptions. It would be great if you actually followed up to confirm via email or phone before selling the ticket that I already bought. I admit that I should have double checked on my end via site, but I'd like to ask you to review how you handle events, and actually double check with clients. Knowing email or name of people who bought tickets should be enough, as well as confirming cancellation 100% before selling someone's ticket.

Had a great experience with J at Arcardia! I've done business with all the One Piece vendors in Vancouver and they 100% have the best prices for One Piece sealed, singles and slabs. Customer service is exceptional! Will be coming back A LOT 😀

Jirayu and Shun were both very patient in teaching a TCG newcomer starting from absolute zero for both One Piece and Riftbound (respectively). They would show how to play, and if you have a deck in mind that you want to build they will try to help you build it, and also provide advice on additional adjustments based on your playstyle. If this isn't an example of premium level customer service, I don't know what more can you possibly expect from a LGS. I appreciate the time they spent helping me and will bring my business here as much as possible despite living 45+ min away.

this is easily my go-to one piece trading card game store in metro vancouver. Arcadia Collectibles & Exchange always has everything i’m looking for when it comes to one piece, whether it’s singles, sealed product, or supplies. the staff are super friendly and welcoming, the store is clean and well organized, and they’ve got tables set up so you can just come in and play. great spot for both casual and serious players. politely advised.
