I ordered a medium Karak Chai, and the cup I received looked like the one in the attached photo. What disappointed me is that when I ordered a medium from their other location, the size was noticeably larger. The inconsistency between locations is frustrating, and it really took away from the experience.

These people are not following the country rules, I order two fried chicken burgers for my kids, and I told them no veggiesmy kids have allergies with onion. when I came home both burger was with veggies then I call them. I tell the guy why it is with veggies he said we cannot do anything. I said I want to return them and give me without veggies. They said sorry we cannot do anything. I said OK if you cannot do anything, then we will not come to your shop next time so these people are just collecting their money. They don’t care about customers if someone have allergy then they have to take care of that I was so disappointed with this that they told me we cannot do anything. I will not recommend this store to anyone who has allergy because these people don’t care about their customer health … the customer service was rude and don’t care the customer health, I get very bad experience and I will never ever go again to this store who doesn’t care about customer health.

The food is really good, cooked to perfection and the cheesy steak melts in your mouth. It’s severely overpriced in my opinion and the service takes way too long, expect a 20 minute wait for just 1 burger. The food may be good but with that kind of service time, doesn’t make it a regular spot.

The food was amazing, but I will not support a business that engages in what feels like shady theft from the people of Canada. I visited the Thorncliffe location and, despite the great food, the service was appalling. Most importantly, they refused to accept my Indian Status Card for the 8% Ontario HST rebate. > In Ontario, it is a legal requirement for businesses to provide this point-of-sale rebate on takeout meals. By refusing a valid federal ID and forcing me to pay a tax I am exempt from, this business is effectively overcharging First Nations customers. It is shady, unprofessional, and shows a total lack of respect for Canadian law and Indigenous rights.

I had a great experience at Bee Boys! The chicken burger was absolutely delicious—fresh, flavorful, and cooked perfectly. You can really taste the quality in every bite. Sejan was especially impressive; he was very professional, friendly, and made sure everything was prepared perfectly. His communication and interaction were excellent, and he made the whole experience even better with his positive attitude. I highly recommend Bee Boys if you’re looking for tasty food and great customer service!
